Returns/Refunds
Due to the nature of our products. All sales are FINAL. All items are hand-made and pre-crafted or custom-made orders. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We are not responsible lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. Please check your order and information provided prior to processing the purchase order.
Issues with Item
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately via email. Customers have 2 days after their order was delivered to inspect their package and contact us regarding issues with their order. If we are not contacted within 2 days of you receiving your order, we are no longer able to resolve the issue.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All damage item upon arrival must include and order number and image of damaged area associated with the item of purchase emailed to us so we can better address the situation.
