Shipping & Processing Policy

Currently only shipping within the United States only! 

All deliveries are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) and as a reminder Pawsitive Crafting Co is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages as it is out of our control. 

Shipping fees are calculated at customers checkout page and any tariffs fees applicable are charged at customer expense!

If free shipping is applicable, it will be stated accordingly and varies by purchase/order(s) amount at check-out.

Processing Time: How long it will take to make, package, and drop off your order to the post office.

Current Processing Time: 1-14 Business Days (Monday-Friday)

Custom Items Processing Time 1-20 Business Days (Monday-Friday)

Readily available in stock items tend to process and ship out faster at times than anticipated stated time so if your item arrives earlier than expected it can be a plus.

Also, during holiday season it can tend to get extremely busy so please place orders and or purchases well in advance to avoid issues or unexpected delays. If there are any significant delays within our control we will contact, you directly via contact information provided at check-out.

Holiday shipping/delivery time can also have delays especially in east coast during winter season so if you know what is needed is best to order ahead as well.

Shipping Time: How long will it take to receive your order once dropped off at the post office.

*Note: Delivery date is out of our control once item is shipped all shipping and arrival dates are estimates/approximates time of arrival only. Any delays due to weather related events, natural disaster events and or carrier related delays we are not responsible. All shipment will have proper tracking information issued upon order processing if for some unforeseen or unknown reason you do not receive tracking information, please let us know immediately via our contact page.
